ORDER PROCESS
The information you have provided will be sent to you with the order confirmation. Please check the data carefully for errors and inform me as soon as possible if you find any errors. To be on the safe side, I will have the information you have provided confirmed as correct by e-mail after you have placed your order.
Once payment has been made, I will prepare the stamp design and put it into production. Once I have the printing plate, I will cut it to size, mount it on the desired stamp carrier and send your stamp to you in the next step.

PROOF
Would you like to check the design in advance and be able to make changes? Choose the optional proof option. You will then receive the stamp design as a graphic by email and can send me change requests as part of one (1) correction loop. I will implement these and your stamp will only go into production after your approval. The stated delivery times apply from receipt of your print approval.

Even if you do not order a proof, you will still receive an email after your order with a request for confirmation of the desired stamp name.

STAMP MOUNTING
Your name stamp will be mounted on a classic stamp wood with a handle (manufactured in southern Germany). The printing plates, the so-called clichés, are produced in northern Germany. The assembly is done by me in Leipzig.
