Rubber stamp: Basket blossom

A new botanical stamp motif:

A stylized basket blossom, inspired by my allotment garden. I translated it into an ink drawing, made with a quill pen and extra ink. This creates irregularities in the stroke and a wonderful number of blots.

Use the stamp to print on your stationery. Add floral accents to gift tags, place cards or paper bags. Equipped with the right ink, you can of course also use the stamp to print on textiles. Napkins, kitchen towels or even tablecloths will be delighted to receive new decoration. Fabric remnants can be upcycled.

I mounted the printing plate on unvarnished stamp wood. A layer of foam rubber provides cushioning and ensures an even imprint.

As with all my stamp motifs, I also designed this motif by hand and retained all the characteristics and charm of the imperfect hand drawing. Cheers to rough edges and thick and thin!
